Keystone Point

About Keystone Point

Keystone Point is a neighborhood in North Miami, Florida. Keystone Point, also known as the Keystone Islands, is located in the upper northeast side of Miami just north of Miami Shores and south of Aventura, east of Biscayne Boulevard, between 123rd and 135th street.  It is a historic neighborhood with waterfront and non-waterfront homes. Keystone Point is in a fantastic location within Miami.  It is close to Biscayne Boulevard, so a few minutes’ drive to Miami Shores, Miami Beach, Miami Downtown, Aventura, and Miami International Airport.

The reason why many of my clients like this neighborhood are because it has a feel like a hidden secret area and the concertation of the waterfront homes. Keystone Point neighborhood association is voluntary; it consists of 880 single-family homes.
Waterfront homes in Keystone Point Miami are known to have bay views, and many homes have direct access to the Intercoastal Waterway and Biscayne Bay. Many homes in Keystone Point have been completely renovated and restored to maintain the same architectural styles.

There are three ways to get to Keystone Island, two entrances from Biscayne Boulevard and one entrance from 123 street that goose to the Bay Harbor Island.
