Miami Shores

Miami Shores

Miami Shores is a popular neighborhood just north of Downtown Miami, the Design District, and south of North Miami and Aventura. The community is a few minutes drive to the Miami International Airport, Miami Beach, Downtown Miami, and Brickell.

This area is one of the best places to live in Florida. With a small Downtown area, known as Miami Shores Village, Miami Shores offers restaurants, shops, recreational facilities, and parks. The fact is you can live in the city, but you still have a feel of the smaller community.

Miami Shores Village has a lot of history, and it was developed in early 1932.

Today this community is trendy, so people are moving into the neighborhood. Many people are renovating properties, but there are still many different styles, sizes, layouts, and architectural features. Also, the lot sizes are typically larger than any other local neighborhoods.
